Why would they send a letter to the buyer, they are the buyer?
Just a thought…If a letter from a buyer showing their appreciation of the home is harmful, then would sellers videoing buyers at showings also be harmful according to fair housing or a seller pulling up as buyers are walking out of a showing. Honestly, at what point is all this too far? Agree no discrimination, but sometimes rules like this are creating more attention to an issue that was never intended, never there.
Whilst I agree the love letters are a bad idea the example isn’t a good one as many people/families celebrate Christmas with zero religious basis behind it .
Also only seen a buyer wanting to send one to the seller.
