Pull Comp Data from RPR Commercial

You need relevant comp data to reach a broker opinion of value and to help your commercial clients set a price.

RPR Commercial, a comprehensive database with location-specific reports, is free to you as part of your NAR dues. You can search more than 450,000 listings nationwide, as well as 55 million off-market properties, to get the comps you are looking for.

To get started, visit narrpr.com/commercial. Sign in, click on the Go to Search button, and select All Properties.

Enter a neighborhood, ZIP code, city, or county in the search bar. Select the property types you would like to search. The Advanced Search feature lets you narrow your options by property status, building size, lot size, units, or year built. Find recently sold comps by including a time frame in your search.
