Her education has surpassed most in the real estate field with certifications and designations from Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Condo Specialist, (CCS), Certificate Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and The Elite Status of Global Property Specialist (GPS).

Jefre Outlaw is a global traveler who has roamed the streets of 107 countries. Having a passion for cultural diversity, Outlaw is known in the commercial real estate and sustainable homes industries. Negotiating multi-national sustainable home and real estate transactions, Outlaw’s clients enjoy his professionalism, creativity, and down-to-earth style. HausFli launched in 2019 for his friends looking to place an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in their backyard and has since expanded to offer an online course and provides small communities the tools to create a sustainable development. A proponent of smart networking, he and his wife brought the UK-based global networking organization BobClubs.com to Texas. He and his family are currently living in Austin, Texas. Exuding optimism is a goal of his, and he carries the genuine belief in the power each of us has to achieve great things.

Régine Nelson is a REALTOR® servicing Austin. Nelson is a global citizen and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is fluent in French, Spanish, Haitian-Creole, and English. She holds a graduate degree in marketing. Nelson is known for her engaging personality, attention to detail, and professionalism when it comes to working with others. Christine Wren | ABoR Global Liaison, Special Programs Lead

Christine Wren is a marketing and sales professional with decades of experience building and leading projects that drive business value with a deep affinity for building global connections. As one of the core drivers of ABoR’s award-winning events and programming, Wren has built ABoR Global into one of the fastest-growing international real estate programs in the country. Her work earned 2019, and 2020 NAR Platinum Global Achievement Awards and a 2019 Texas REALTORS® Education Program of the Year Award for its Global Lunch & Learn Series. First, a licensed REALTOR® in Illinois starting in 1991, and then in Texas since 2015, Wren brings a deep understanding of agents’ needs to her work and holds multiple industry designations, including her CIPS and GREEN, as well as the C2EX endorsement.

Socar Chatmon-Thomas | ABoR Global Ambassador, Africa

Socar Chatmon-Thomas is a REALTOR®, R.E. Broker, and Auctioneer. As the Broker/Owner of Elegant Estates Realty & Auctions, she represents commercial and residential clients in Austin. With her CIPS designation, she connects with other CIPS designees and real estate professionals around the world, thus creating a massive global referral network. In Texas, Chatmon-Thomas is also a Certified Texas REALTORS® University Instructor. She has received several honors including the coveted Omega Tau Rho award, ABoR’s Community Service Award, the REALTOR® of the Year Award, nominated as Austin’s Educator of the Year in 2019 and was most recently nominated as Texas REALTORS® Instructor of the Year. She is a Past Chairman of ABoR and is currently serving as a Director for NAR representing Texas and Louisiana in Region 10. Chatmon-Thomas enjoys real estate and is as passionate about excellence as she is about education.

Charley Clay | ABoR Global Advisor & Global Ambassador, Brazil

Charley Clay fell in love with Austin, Texas, while attending college in Mexico. When Clay completed his studies, he joined Austin’s construction and remodeling industry, which has since helped him analyze properties on the merits of quality and the cost to operate. Clay loves the uniqueness of every real estate transaction and values the industry knowledge he’s gathered over the last three decades. His ongoing education is the foundation of his success. Clay continues his education through classes, certifications, and designations. He enrolled in the University of Texas at San Antonio in the Bicultural Bilingual Department where he received a graduate certification for Teaching English as a Second Language. Clay serves as the 2021 ABoR Global Ambassador to Brazil. His international client list includes residents from India, Brazil, Mexico, and England. Sabine McCalla | ABoR Global Ambassador, Austin Sister Cities International

Coming from Germany to start a family with her Texas husband, Sabine McCalla made the Lone Star State her home in 2012. Within a few weeks, they had to find the place that they’ve called home since. She is happy to help her clients on their journey – which can be stormy at times, just like Texas. She finds new homes very exciting and is here to share the excitement with her clients, but also to help them over bumps in the road. Speaking fluent German and English, McCalla is also happy to help expatriates make Austin and the surrounding area their home. She knows how it feels to try and settle in coming from a different culture. The friendliness of the people in Texas and the beauty of this state made it easy for her to call this her new home. McCalla’s goal is to make this transition just as easy for her clients.

Lara Pavanelli’s hospitality background working for The Ritz Carlton and other 5 star hotels gave her the opportunity to learn how to provide an exceptional experience for her clients. Pavanelli grew up in different parts of the world as her family’s business moved to London, UK, Paris, France and San Francisco. Fluent in Italian and French and conversational in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, Pavanelli has the ability to understand the international client, which creates an instant rapport when you work with her. Pavanelli’s insight, negotiation skills, and diverse experience make her a valuable asset in any real estate transaction. She will look for unique opportunities and think outside of the box to the benefit of her clients. She believes in giving back to the community, supports and is open to learning what is new in Austin and what is needed to enhance the beautiful city that she has learned to love and call her permanent home.
