Follow these simple steps to create and download infographics from MarketViewer:
- Go to texasrealestate.com/marketviewer
- Click or tap the “Menu” heading in the upper-left corner, then select Infographic Generator
- Set the desired frequency, time period, board, and market from the dropdown menus
- Select a file type
- Click download.
The resulting infographic will include median price, price distribution, active listings, closed sales, days on market, and months of inventory. You can generate infographics for cities, counties, ZIP codes, and even some neighborhoods!
I would love to see more neighborhoods included in this. In Hood County/Granbury area, our buyer and seller interests and comps are generally neighborhood specific. This would be a great resource to include with our CMA’s.
I only had option of September as newest report. Why not October? it was published by metrotex….
